A therapeutic coaching space for mental and cognitive wellbeing.
Whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring, you deserve tools that meet your brain where it is, not where the world expects it to be.
Most neurodivergent teens and adults have spent years moving through school, work, family life, and relationships using systems that were never designed for them. The constant adapting, compensating, masking, and pushing doesn’t just drain energy, it slowly shapes how we see ourselves.
You are not the problem.
You’ve spent long enough trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for how your mind works.
You deserve support that honors who you are.
I offer several coaching pathways with different levels of support.
During your strategy call, we’ll look at what you’re struggling with now, what you want to change, and which option would truly meet your needs.
No judgment.
No “pushing through.”
No “fixing” yourself.
Just evidence-informed guidance, practical tools, and a space where your experience is valid, and finally makes sense

“Chantal has a compassionate and personalized approach without judgement. She has a positive attitude which transcends into the work she does with her clients”
“I finally accepted there is nothing broken in me, just things that were never healed. I now realize how long strong and resilient I am. ”
“From the moment I first spoke with Chantal, there was an instant connection. I love that she gets me without having to explain myself, because she too has ADHD”
A little about me
I’m Chantal, a late-diagnosed ADHDer with over 12 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. I’m a certified professional coach and hold a BA in Child Studies with a minor in psychology, plus a specialization in neurodivergence.
I grew up as a bright child, often told I was capable but distracted, emotional, inconsistent, or “not applying myself.” Over time, those external messages became the narrative in my head. I learned to push harder, stay agreeable, look fine, and hide how overwhelmed I felt.
Like many, I didn’t know I was neurodivergent. I just believed I needed more discipline and resilience. Burnout came slowly, quietly, and cumulatively. One day, everything I had been holding together collapsed.
Receiving an ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder diagnosis at 44 explained decades of confusion, inconsistency, emotional intensity, and burnout cycles, but it didn’t fix everything overnight. I grieved the life I could have had and resented the fact that no body had picked up on it
I went through extensive therapy which gave me a space to heal but COACHING truly changed everything for me. It showed me how to anchor myself, reframe my thoughts and adapt my environment to fit my brain instead of forcing my brain to fit the world. For the first time, I could look at my story not as a series of shortcomings, but as the reality of being a neurodivergent person navigating a world built for neurotypical brains.
That lived experience is a core part of my clinical lens. It keeps me attuned, grounded, and realistic about the complexity and nonlinearity of meaningful change. It’s also what led me into coaching; because I’ve lived the work I now support others through.
Not by performing better.
By being supported better.

“I’m only a quarter of the way through the program and I have already achieved more progress in shifting my limited beliefs and creating sustainable systems that support my neurodivergent brain than I have in all my years in therapy”
