A therapeutic coaching space for mental and cognitive wellbeing.
Whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring, you deserve tools that meet your brain where it is, not where the world expects it to be.
Most neurodivergent teens and adults have spent years moving through school, work, family life, and relationships using systems that were never designed for them. The constant adapting, compensating, masking, and pushing doesn’t just drain energy, it slowly shapes how we see ourselves.
You are not the problem.
You’ve been trying to function inside structures that don’t match your nervous system, and that has a real impact.
My work centers emotional regulation, nervous system literacy, and executive functioning support specifically designed for neurodivergent brains. I help teens and adults understand their patterns with clarity and compassion, lower internal pressure, and build ways of functioning that reflect how their brain actually processes, restores, and operates.
No judgment.
No “pushing through.”
No “fixing” yourself.
Just evidence-informed guidance, practical tools, and a space where your experience is valid, and finally makes sense.

Why it feels harder than it should
Neurodivergent minds process information, emotion, sensory input, and executive demands differently. Yet schools, workplaces, and many traditional mental health strategies still expect you to conform.
Years of adapting, masking, pushing through, can shape how you see yourself, and it often shows up as:
Overwhelm or shutdown
Mental exhaustion
Emotional dysregulation
Inconsistent functioning
Frustration, shame, or numbness
The sense that others cope “more easily”
You are not the problem.
You’ve been surviving in environments that don’t match your nervous system.
What becomes possible
When support aligns with your neurology and strategies are built to fit your brain, life starts to feel more manageable. Space opens up for:
Understanding your cognitive and emotional patterns with clarity
Reducing overwhelm and mental fatigue
Strengthening regulation, focus, and executive functioning
Building rhythms, structures, and habits that actually fit your life
Restoring energy and confidence
Reconnecting with yourself without shame or judgment
Progress doesn’t mean “becoming someone else.”
It means functioning in a way that honors how your brain processes, restores, and operates.

A little about me
I’m Chantal, a late-diagnosed ADHDer with over 12 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. I’m a certified professional coach and hold a BA in Child Studies with a minor in psychology, plus a specialization in neurodivergence.
I grew up as a bright child, often told I was capable but distracted, emotional, inconsistent, or “not applying myself.” Over time, those external messages became the narrative in my head. I learned to push harder, stay agreeable, look fine, and hide how overwhelmed I felt.
Like many, I didn’t know I was neurodivergent. I just believed I needed more discipline and resilience.
Burnout came slowly, quietly, and cumulatively. One day, everything I had been holding together collapsed, and I finally understood what my nervous system had been trying to tell me for years.
Receiving an ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder diagnosis at 44 was life-changing. It didn’t fix everything overnight, but it finally gave context to decades of confusion, inconsistency, emotional intensity, and burnout cycles. For the first time, I could look at my story not as a series of shortcomings, but as the reality of being a neurodivergent person navigating a world built for neurotypical brains.
Professionally, I had already spent over a decade supporting neurodivergent children and families, but understanding it from the inside shifted everything. Becoming a certified professional coach grew out of my lived experience and my desire to support others navigating the same challenges.
I now help neurodivergent teens and adults to:
Understand their patterns
Reduce pressure and overwhelm
Strengthen executive functioning
Heal from internalized messages
Work through burnout
Align energy and cognitive functioning
Rebuild mental and cognitive wellbeing for the long term
Not by performing better.
By being supported better.
